Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance has approved in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) that it will begin the dividends distribution on Sunday, 16 April.

The company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) has recently approved the distribution of cash dividends at SAR 2 per share or 20% of capital, with a total value of SAR 40 million.

The eligibility of the dividends will be for the shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the close of trading on the day of the general meeting.

The EGM also agreed on amending the firm’s bylaws to be in line with the New Companies Law.

The company's paid-in capital amounts to SAR 200 million, with around 20 million issued shares at a par value of SAR 10 per share.
