Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved of Educational Holding Group selling its entire treasury shares for a six-month period of the approval date.

The company has an overall of about 1.062 million treasury shares, the company said in a bourse statement, adding that the financial impact cannot be determined at the current time.

At the stock level, Educational ended Tuesday’s trading session 1.72% lower at 285 fils, after about 6,500 shares were traded at a value of nearly KWD 1,840.
