Riyadh – Mubasher: Inflation in Saudi Arabia decreased 0.44% year-on-year in March 2017, to remain negative for the third month in a row, the General Authority for Statistics revealed in a statement.

The cost of living index reached 136.7 points by the end of March 2017, compared to 137.3 points in March 2016.

Moreover, the index fell 0.15% in March compared to 136.9 points in the previous month.

Inflation levels went down 0.07% in February 2017, compared to the same month in 2016.
