Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said Wednesday that Alexandria Flour Mills has submitted the documents to raise its issued capital by EGP 124.45 million from EGP 40 million to EGP 164.45 million.

The company also requested to raise the authorised capital from EGP 100 million to EGP 200 million, a bourse statement said.

The stock market added that it is reviewing the documents to submit them to the Listing Committee.
