Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Mubarrad Transport approved distributing 5% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

The company will pay 5 fils per share to the entitled shareholders, with a total of about KWD 818,500.

During FY16, Mubarrad posted a decline of 29.8% in profits to KWD 1.27 million from KWD 1.81 million in FY15.

At the stock level, Mubarrad closed Wednesday at 81 fils.
