Riyadh - Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Sahara Petrochemicals approved the distribution of cash dividends for 2016.

The company will distribute dividends at SAR 0.75 per share or 7.5% of the par value, totalling SAR 329.1 million, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Registered shareholders at the end of trades on the EGM day will be eligible to receive the dividends which will be distributed as of 30 April through Riyad Bank.

The EGM also agreed on the board's and auditor's reports for 2016, the statement said.

The company’s capital amounts to SAR 4.4 billion distributed over 438.8 million shares at a par value of SAR 10 per share.
