Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Al Hassan Engineering on Wednesday approved the sale of one of its lands in Gala Heights in Wilayat Boucher.

This land is allocated for residential and commercial use with an area of 20,010 square metres, the company said in a filing to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) on Thursday.

The EGM authorised the board of directors to complete all procedures, and choose the best offer for the land sale.

The Omani company had previously reported a decline of 19.7% in its annual profits reaching OMR 9.84 million in 2016, compared to OMR 8.22 million in 2015.
