Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Ministry of Labor and Social Development issued a decision to limit working in malls to Saudi citizens.

The ministry targets raising the rate of Saudi citizen recruitment in economic sectors through the Nitaqat (ranges) programme in September, to reduce unemployment rate, the ministry’s spokesperson, Khaled Abal Khail, noted.
