Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of the Egyptian Gulf Bank (EG Bank) will be held on 9 May to discuss raising the issued and paid-up capital by $27.718 million via a rights issue.

The OGM will also look into amending articles number 6 and 7 of the statute, according to a bourse statement released on Sunday.

The stock stood at $0.95 last Thursday.
