Mubasher: Kuwait National Cinema achieved a growth of 26.17% in profits during the first quarter of 2017 compared to the same period in 2016.

The company’s earnings increased to KWD 3.23 million ($10.59 million) in Q1-17 from KWD 2.56 million ($8.39 million) in Q1-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

National Cinema’s net operating profit soared by 61.3% to KWD 1.3 million in Q1-17 from nearly KWD 797,500 inn Q1-16.
