Kuwait - Mubasher: The general assembly of Kuwait Foundry has approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at 10 fils per share, according to a bourse filing.

The dividends will represent 10% of the company’s capital, according to the Kuwait Foundry’s statement to Boursa Kuwait on Sunday.

The company’s capital totals KWD 15.39 million distributed over 153.88 million shares with a nominal value of 100 fils per share, noting that the treasury stocks amount to 30,000 shares.
