Mubasher: Sanad Holding Co has participated in the ownership equity of Gulf Franchising Holding, according to the closing session on 2 October.

Sanad owns a share of 5.073% in Gulf Franchising’s capital, according to a bourse statement.

Al Saham Al Mawasi for General Trading and Contracting owns the largest stake of 13.8% in Gulf Franchising, followed by Bader Ahmed Bader Al Refai with a share of 11.6%, and Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Co with a stake of 7.3%.

Gulf Franchising has a capital of 3.25 million distributed on 32.5 million shares at a par value of 100 fils per share.
