Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Thursday’s trading session with a mixed performance; the price index went up 0.13% or 8.6 points, the weighted index edged up 0.08%, while the Kuwait-15 index retreated 0.06%.

By: 9:55am Kuwait time, the consumer services segment topped four gainers with 1.4%, backed by Future Kid Entertainment and Jazeera Airways which rose by 9.9% and 2.5%, respectively.

Meanwhile, the oil and gas sector led three decliners with a fall of 0.31%, dragged by Energy House and Senergy which lost 12.05% and 0.26%, respectively.

Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 2.6 million after 13.7 million shares were exchanged through 645 transactions.

Zain was the most active stock on which 1.93 million shares were traded at a value of nearly KWD 983,000.
