Dubai – Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait is currently working on attracting new listings from the UAE and the GCC States, CEO Khaled Abdul Razzaq Al-Khaled told Al-Bayan News.

Al-Khaled indicated that Boursa Kuwait does not have any details on Kuwaiti firms planning to be dual-listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

Boursa Kuwait is seeking to attract new listings as about 179 firms are now listed on the Kuwaiti stock market out of 211 firms that were listed at the beginning of 2014.

It is worth mentioning that nine Kuwait-listed firms are listed on the DFM, including National International Holding (NIH), which was listed on the DFM in November 2016.
