Mubasher: The shoppers in the US spent more than $1.52 billion through internet by Thanksgiving evening, Reuters reported.
Consumer expenses increased 16.8% year-over-year on Thursday until 10:00 pm GMT, the agency cited Adobe Analytics.
Adobe tracked 80% of online transactions.
“The turnout is clearly better than the last couple of years,” president of Customer Growth Partners, Craig Johnson, said.
“There’s a few more people than normal but I wouldn’t call this crowded at all,” Deloitte’s auditor, Eugenia Liew stated.
