Mubasher: The board of the Securities House has submitted its resignation on Sunday, 2 April, and will pass it to the ordinary general meeting (OGM).

The resignation of the current board, of which tenure ends in 2018, is a preliminary procedure before electing a new board member during the coming shareholders’ meeting which will be announced soon, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

Currently, Ibrahim Yousef Ibrahim Al Ghanim chairs Securities House’s board, while the deputy chairman is Fahad Faisel Boodai.
