Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi General Sport Authority’s (GSA) Turki Al-Sheikh has met with several local banks to discuss the establishment of four football stadiums for four Saudi clubs.

The four stadiums will be built for Al-Hilal FC, Al-Nassr FC, Al-Ahli Saudi FC, and Al-Ittihad Club, the GSA revealed via Twitter.

In August, the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) inked a 10-year deal with the GSA and the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) worth a total SAR 6.6 billion or SAR 660 million annually for TV, digital broadcasting, and marketing sponsorship.

The contract comprises broadcasting matches of the Saudi Professional League (SPL), cup competitions, and the Saudi National Team's matches that will be organised by the SAFF.

On 25 September, Egypt-based Pyramids Football Club said that the club's owner, Al-Sheikh had officially withdrawn his investment from Egypt.

Earlier this year, the Saudi mogul acquired Al Assiouty Sport and changed its name to Pyramids FC.
