Mubasher: Bahrain-based SICO Bank said that its general assembly had approved distributing a cash dividend of BHD 3.085 million, or 8 fils per share, for the full fiscal year 2018 to shareholders.

Dividends will represent 8% of the capital, the Bahraini investment bank said in a statement.

The firm last reported a 12% year-on-year hike in net profits during the full year 2018, recording BHD 3.7 million.

SICO Bank’s capital amounts to BHD 42.848 million, distributed over 428.49 million shares, with a par value of BHD 0.10 of a share.
