Mubasher: Aayan Leasing and Investment achieved about KWD 40,000 profits from selling a property, located in Shuwaikh industrial area.

This asset is affiliated to Aayan Leasing’s fully owned subsidiary, Tawazun Holding Company, Aayan Leasing said in a filing Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday.

The property was sold at a total value of approximately KWD 490,000.

Aayan Leasing noted that the profits will be registered in the financial statements of the fourth quarter of 2019.

It is worthy to point out that during the second quarter of 2019, Aayan Leasing achieved profits of approximately KWD 367,000 versus losses worth about KWD 253,800 during the corresponding period in 2018.
