Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Fujairah Cement Industries Co has agreed on the company's withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Sunday.

During the meeting, the shareholders also approved not to distribute cash dividends or bonus shares for fiscal year 2019.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the company's net profits dropped by 36% to AED 8.7 million, compared to AED 13.6 million in 2018 due to lower revenues and higher financing costs.
