Referring to the Company’s announcement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website on 02/01/1443 corresponding to 10/08/2021 that the company's servers have been a victim of cyber-attack (ransomware) which resulted in the encryption of all the data, the Company announces that a specialized team in this field has been hired to cooperate with the company's IT department, and a large part of the data, information and files have been recovered and work is under way to try to recover the rest of the information and make the necessary investigations, and the company's systems have been reinforced with the necessary protection and storage mechanisms for safe copies, in preparation for resuming work on the systems normally.
