Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Upper Egypt Mills Company recommended a cash dividend of EGP 10 per share for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021. 

The total proposed dividends amount to EGP 70 million for the year ended 30 June, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Wednesday. 

In FY20/21, the company achieved consolidated net profits of EGP 147.11 million, up from EGP 143.67 million in FY19/20.
