Cairo – Mubasher: General Company for Silos and Storage has appointed a new board of directors under a decision from the company's ordinary general meeting (OGM). 

Sherif Adel has been appointed as the company's Chairman and Kamal Abdel Hamid Hashem as the CEO, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday. 

In addition, the company appointed Thanaa Mohamed Fadel Abdel Halim as the Managing Director for Administrative and Legal Affairs as well as Ashraf Sadek Aboul Yazid, Nashaat Abdel Aziz Attia, Ayman Ahmed Diaa, Omar Ahmed Diaa, and Ahmed Abdel Ghani Mohamed as Board Members. 

In fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, the company reported net profits of EGP 103.79 million, slightly down from EGP 104.5 million a year earlier.
