Cairo – Mubasher: The shareholders of Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development gave the green light for distributing a cash dividend of EGP 0.10 per share for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021.

The real estate developer will pay the dividend amount over two instalments; the first payment stands at EGP 0.20 per share on 16 December this year, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

The second dividend instalment will amount to EGP 0.80 and is due distribution until 16 June 2022.

Heliopolis Housing had recorded net profits of EGP 180.15 million during FY20/21, down by 50.7% from EGP 365.55 million in FY19/20.
