The Company is pleased to announce that a decision has been issued by the Judicial Authority to reinstate the title deed of the Company’s owned land located on King Khalid Road cross Al-Urubah Road in Al-Raed district in Riyadh city, after finalizing all the legal procedures and fulfilling the needed requirements for the authenticity of the title deed, and the Company has received the electronic copy of the final title deed and its status has been updated from “Canceled” to “Active”.

On this occasion, the Company confirms that it was confident in the rightness of its ownership of the aforementioned land, based on the rules and regulations that support the authenticity and reliability of the title deeds, in light of the support of the Saudi Government under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the continuous follow-up by His Highness the Crown Prince -may God protect them- and their constant keenness to support and motivate The Private Sector and the stability and development of the Investment Environment in the Kingdom.

The Company emphasizes that it is continuing the development works to construct "Jawharat Al-Riyadh" project on this land, and expects it to be opened during the first half of 2025.
