APIC will begin cash dividend distributions for the fiscal year 2021 amounting to USD 11 million, around 10.476% at par for registered shareholders as at May 8, 2022, as per the following details:

• The distribution of cash dividends will begin on Monday, June 20, 2022, via all Bank of Palestine (BoP) branches.
• BoP will disburse cash dividends to individual shareholders upon the presentation of their valid identity documents (ID/Passport).
• BoP will disburse cash dividends to institutional shareholders upon the presentation of an official letter signed by the authorized signatories of the company on the company's letterhead along with the company’s valid registration certificate.
• For shareholders who wish to transfer their cash dividends to their bank accounts, please complete the dividend request form available on APIC's website on the following link: and return it to along with a copy of a valid ID/Passport for individuals, and a valid registration certificate for companies.
• BoP will automatically transfer cash dividends to shareholders who previously requested that APIC transfer their dividends on an annual basis to their bank accounts according to the details previously provided through the approved form.

Please note that:

• Palestine Exchange (PEX) executed the distribution of bonus shares amounting to 7 million shares (6.666%), and these shares are available for trading since May 12, 2022.
• Shareholders who have not received their dividends for the fiscal years 2014 to 2020 are kindly requested to contact Bank of Palestine in this regard.
