Cairo -Mubasher: The board of El-Ahram for Printing and Packing has sold the company’s headquarters (HQ) in the Fifth Settlement area for EGP 6.87 million.

The proceeds of the deal will be used to finance the company's working capital and boost the efficiency of its wheel of production, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

Meanwhile, the board pointed out that the transaction will reflect on the firm's financials during the period ending on 30 June 2022.

In 2021, El-Ahram for Printing incurred net losses after tax of EGP 3.65 million, lower than EGP 4.91 million in 2020.
