1) The Saudi German Clinics Complex is located at Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz Road (formerly Ibrahim Al-Hudhaifi Street) in Al-Samer District in the city of Abha, and inpatients will be transferred to the inpatient department at the Saudi German Hospital in Khamis Mushait Governorate. 2) The company obtained the required licenses from the competent authorities and according to the approval of the Board of Directors to open new branches on 03/09/1440 corresponding to 08/05/2019, commercial operations and receiving patients will start as of 27/11/1443 corresponding to 26/06/2022 AD. 3. The company expects to have positive results with the progression of the clinic's utilization. |
