Arabian Rocks Plastic Industries-1 (ARPI_r1.CA) - Listing the Rights Issue Separately from Its Underlying Shares
The Listing Committee held on 05/09/2022 has approved to list the Rights Issue of Arabian Rocks Plastic Industries-1 separately from its underlying shares.
The company's issued rights amounted to 90 million rights are resulting from the company's capital increase from EGP 20 million to EGP 38 million, such increase amounting EGP 18 million is through rights issue for the company’s existing shareholders (within 90 % of the current stake).
Taking into consideration the following:
1- The due date shall be by the end of Monday 06/09/2022 trading session.
2- The rights issue will be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares) effective 11/09/2022 until 05/10/2022 trading session using the ISIN Code (EGS922W1C016).
3- Trading on such rights issue shall be suspended by the end of 05/10/2022 trading session, in preparation for its finally remove from EGX database.
