In reference to SABB Takaful Co. announcement on the Saudi Exchange website on 22/02/1444H corresponding to 18/09/2022G regarding the Company's EGM approval of the offer submitted by Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. to acquire shares of SABB Takaful Co. shareholders through securities exchange offer.
The Saudi Exchange announces the trading suspension on SABB Takaful Co. shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange starting today Wednesday 23/03/1444H corresponding to 19/10/2022G to commence delisting procedures of the company’s shares. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will announce the implementation of the increase in the quantity of Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. shares and the deposit of the new shares in the Center’s Accounts of all eligible SABB Takaful Co. shareholders after two business days from the Effecting of the Merger and up to 6 business days as per The Exchange and Center Procedures.
