Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Al Yah Satellite Communications Company (Yahsat) plans to enter into AED 909 million managed services agreement with the UAE’s government. 

The board will consider the deal during their next meeting, which will be held on 21 November 2022, according to a recent bourse disclosure.

In the first half (H1) of 2022, Yahsat achieved net profits attributable to the shareholders worth $35.14 million, compared to $43.29 million in 9M-21.

Revenues soared by 11% to $314.58 million in 9M-22, versus $284.29 million in 9M-21.

During January-September 2022, the basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) settled at $1.44, lower than $1.77 in the year-ago period.
