As announced on 24 November 2022, the concurrent bookbuilding period for Institutional Investors and the offering period to Individuals were successfully completed and the final offer price (“Final Offer Price”) has been set at SAR 2.68 (AED 2.62) per share.
The Company offered 2,527,089,930 shares, representing 30% of the Company’s capital, of which 80% has been allocated to Institutional Investors, 10% for KSA Individual Investors and 10% for UAE Individual Investors.
