Arabian Aramco Total Services Company (AATSC) announces the partial redemption of SUKUK on Tuesday 26 Jumada al-awwal 1444H corresponding to 20 December 2022 (scheduled semi-annually) with a distribution amount of SAR 214,494,280.00 (which represents 5.72 % of SUKUK original face value) as per the redemption schedule of the CMA approved SUKUK prospectus page 76 that was issued on 12 Shawwal 1432H corresponding to 10 September 2011. Subsequently, the face value of each certificate becomes SAR 38,880.00 and the outstanding SUKUK principal becomes SAR 1,457,961,120.00.
