1- Accepted the resignation of Mr. Ammar Abdul Wahed Al Khudairy from the Board of Directors of the Saudi National Bank, effective as of 4/9/1444H corresponding to 26/3/2023G, due to personal reasons.

2- Accepted the resignation of Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghamdi from his position as Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi National Bank effective as of 4/9/1444H corresponding to 26/3/2023G, while continuing as a Board Member.

3- Appointed Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghamdi as Chairman of the Board of the Saudi National Bank, effective as of 5/9/1444H corresponding to 27/3/2023G, until the end of the current Board Cycle.

4- Appointed Mr. Talal Ahmed Al Khereiji as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi National Bank, effective as of 5/9/1444H corresponding to 27/3/2023G.

Mr. Talal Ahmed Al Khereiji is a graduate of Georgetown University, USA where he received his Master's degree in International Business and his Bachelor’s degree in International Economics.

Mr. Talal Ahmed Al Khereiji also has more than 27 years of professional experience, the majority of which he obtained working in Banks and Financial Institutions, wherein he held a variety of positions, the most recent of which as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Saudi National Bank.
