1. Rights issues as negotiable securities will be issued to shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the extraordinary general assembly approving the capital increase and who are registered in the company's shareholders register at the Edaa Center at the end of the second trading day following the day of the extraordinary general assembly approving the capital increase.

2. Each registered shareholder is granted (3.5) rights for every (1) one share he owns, and this coefficient is the result of dividing the number of new shares by the number of current shares of the company, for example, if the shareholder owns 1,000 shares on the date of eligibility, he will be allocated (3,500) rights, and if the investor wishes to subscribe to these rights, he must pay the value of (10) Saudi riyals for each right he wishes to subscribe to, i.e. he must pay 35,000 Saudi riyals to subscribe to all the new rights, and these the value results from multiplying the subscription value of SAR 10 by the number of rights deposited in the portfolio, which is equivalent to 3,500 rights according to the mentioned example.
