Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated net profits after tax of Golden Pyramids Plaza amounted to $33.24 million in the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2022.

The registered net profits were year-on-year (YoY) higher than $4.91 million, according to the income statements.

Golden Pyramids Plaza generated $106.49 million in revenue last year, up from $96.47 million in 2021.

Total assets hit $1.73 billion as of 31 December 2022, an annual decline from $1.79 billion.

As for the standalone business, the EGX-listed firm recorded a YoY hike in net profit after tax to $39.86 million during the January-December 2022 period, compared to $15.39 million.

Non-consolidated revenues climbed to $105.41 million in 2022 from $76.80 million a year earlier, while the basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) increased to $0.07 from EGP 0.02.
