| Announcement Detail | Saudi Cable Company would like to announce to the shareholders that it is unable to publish its interim financial results for the period ending on 30/06/2023 (six months) on (Tadawul) website on time, due to the following reasons:
1- The company is still working with the external auditor to issue the annual financial statements for 2022 and the preliminary financial statements for the period ending on 03/31/2023 AD (three months), then the company will work on issuing the preliminary financial statements for the second quarter of 2023. 2- The company is in progress working for holding the General Assembly after getting the minimum number of candidate to appoint an external auditor in order for the Board of Directors to call for the General Assembly to appoint the external auditor by shareholders to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of the fiscal year 2023 and the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024.
The financial statements for the second quarter of 2023 will be announced after the appointment of the external auditor and approval of the financial statements by the external auditor and the board of directors.
The company would like to clarify that the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied according to the listing rules approved by the CMA Board decision No. (1-10-2019) dated on (24-05-1440 H) corresponding (30-01-2019) and announced on (Tadawul) on March 25, 2019. |
