The Saudi Exchange announces the trading suspension on Alinma Tokio Marine Co.’s shares in the Saudi Exchange starting from today Wednesday 10/04/1445H corresponding to 25/10/2023G. to commence delisting procedures of the Alinma Tokio Marine Co.’s shares. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will announce the implementation of the increase in the quantity of Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shares and the deposit of the new shares in the Center’s Accounts of all eligible Alinma Tokio Marine Co. shareholders after two business days from the effective date of the merger and up to 6 business days as per the exchange and center procedures.
