1) The current ownership percentage of Alujain in NAPTET is 76.4%, and after completing the deal with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Alujain’s ownership in NATPET will become 88.59%, and after completing the deal to purchase shares of some of shareholders in NATPET, Alujain’s ownership percentage in NATPET will become 97.55%. 2) The shares swap in the announcement referred to above were obtained by Alujain based on the approval of the General Assembly of NATPET to distribute in-kind dividends to its shareholders (representing the shares owned by NATPET and its subsidiaries in Alujain, which are 19,997,224 shares). |
