NADEC’s management also discussed the company's future strategic plans related to utilizing the proceeds from the increase of the Company’s capital by way of a rights issue. It is worth noting that the approval of the capital increase is subject to the approval of the extraordinary general assembly of the company and the completion of the relevant regulatory procedures and requirements.
