Reference to Najran Cement Company’s announcement dated 01-01-2024G corresponding to 19-06-1445H regarding signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Ayan for Commerce & Industry according to which Najran Cement Company will study the feasibility of purchasing a minority stake in one of Ayan’s subsidiary companies which works in the building materials industry, Najran Cement Company announces the end of the non-binding memorandum of understanding period without reaching an agreement, noting that the door to negotiations remains open with Ayan for Commerce and Industry Company. If any agreement is reached or if there are any developments in this regard, they will be announced in due course. The expiration of the Memorandum of Understanding period will not result in any financial impact.
