Referring to the announcement of Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company to sign a memorandum of understanding with New Rest Company in order to establish a company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the specialized fields of catering and catering services, site and facility management services, and remote facilities management, which aims to provide services to airline companies, contracting companies and projects. The group is pleased to announce the completion of the establishment of the company under the name “New Rest Catering Services Company” (Limited Liability), the new company with a capital of 100 thousand riyals, in partnership with New Rest Company.

The group owns 50% of the company's shares, and New Rest owns 50%.

The new company will begin its operations from the date of incorporation.
