The Board of Directors decided in its first meeting on 17/03/2024 AD the following:

1.Appointment of Mr. Abdulsalam bin Abdulrahman Al-Aqeel (non-executive member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

2.Appointment of Eng. Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Habib (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

3.Formation of the audit committee from:

• Mr. Omar Hamad Almishal (independent member) as Chairman

• Mr. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Yahya (member from outside the Board) as Member

• Mr. Fahd bin Ahmed Al-Humaidi (member from outside the Board) as Member

4.Formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee from:

• Mr. Nawaf Abdullah Al-Fawzan (independent member) as Chairman

• Mr. Abdul Salam bin Abdul Rahman Al-Aqeel (non-executive) as Member.

• Dr. Youssef bin Ibrahim Al-Namlah (member from outside the Board) as Member.

5.Formation of the Executive Committee from:

• Mr. Abdul Salam bin Abdul Rahman Al-Aqeel (non-executive) as Chairman

• Mr. Ahmed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Mousa (non-executive) as Member

• Eng. Faisal bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Zakri (non-executive) as Member

• Mr. Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Jadei (independent member) as Member

6.The Board decided to approve the appointment of Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulaziz Alshaye as Secretary Board of Directors.
