Doha Insurance Group (Q.P.S.C) announces the results of the AGM. The meeting was held on 26/03/2024 and the following resolution were approved

1) Hearing the report of the Board of Directors on the Group’s activities, financial position during the financial year ending 31 December 2023 and the Group’s business plan for 2024.

2) Hearing and approving the External Auditors report on the Group’s balance sheet and the accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.

3) Discussing and approving the Group’s balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.

4) Approving the proposal of the Board of Directors to distribute to shareholders of cash dividends of 17.5 % from the share par value i.e. Q.R. 0.175 (seventeen Dirham and half( for each share.

5) Releasing the members of the Board of Directors from any liabilities and approving their remunerations for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 for Q.R 5,530,000 Million.

6) Discussing and approving the Group’s Corporate Governance Report for 2023.

7) Appointing the Group’s External Auditor KPMG for financial year 2024 and determining their fees for Q.R 1,086,000.

8) Electing a new members of board of directors for a period of three years (2024-2026) as per the following list:
