Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The shareholders of ADNOC Gas greenlighted the board’s proposal to pay a cash dividend of $1.62 billion (AED 5.96 billion) for the second half (H2) of 2023.

This will bring the total cash dividend for the financial year ended on 31 December 2023 to $3.25 billion (AED 11.93 billion), according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the ADX-listed firm will disburse nearly 7.77 fils per share for H2-23 within 30 days of the annual general assembly that was held on 29 March 2024.

Last year, ADNOC Gas registered net income valued at $4.72 billion, down 2% from $4.79 billion in 2022.

Revenues fell by 12% year-on-year (YoY) to $22.73 billion as of 31 December 2023 from $25.78 billion.
