And with reference to the company’s announcement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website on 10/09/1445 AH (corresponding to 20/03/2024) that it had received the Insurance Authority’s letter dated 09/09/1445 AH (corresponding to 19/03/2024) containing the Insurance Authority’s approval of Increasing the company's capital by offering rights issue, provided that the company fulfills all requirements of other official authorities.
