Riyadh – Mubasher: The board members of Morabaha Marina Financing Company recommended cash dividends amounting to SAR 24.43 million for 2023, according to a bourse disclosure.

A total of 69.82 million eligible shares will receive SAR 0.35 per share, representing 3.50% of the share nominal value.

The payment date for the dividends will be unveiled following the general assembly meeting.

In the January-December 2023 period, the Saudi company logged 31.11% lower net profits at SAR 31 million, compared to SAR 45 million in 2022.
