The benchmark index of Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) closed on Monday at 2100.17 points, declining by 0.18%.

Trading volume reached 9.5 million shares, at a turnover of JOD 12.7 million, traded through 3,558 transactions.

Shares of 121 companies were traded, of which 41 rose, 41 fell, and 39 remained unchanged.

On all sectors level, the industrial index, the services index, and the financial index registered a decrease of 0.71%, 0.29%, and 0.04% respectively.

The top three gainers were International Cards Company by 5.56%, Arab Company for Investment Projects by 5.00%, and Jordan Vegetable Oil Industries by 4.90%.

The top three decliners were Societe Generale De Banque by 7.38%, Jordan Emirates Insurance Company by 5.80%, and Dar Al Dawa Development and Investment by 4.97%.
