Amman-Mubasher: Industrial Commercial and Agricultural Co (ICA) shareholders approved a cash dividend representing 5% of the capital.

The company’s retained earnings before dividends amount to JOD 928,000 ($1.31 million) by the end of 2014.

ICA reported a decline in profit by 40% to around JOD 1.14 million in 2014, compared to JOD 1.9 million approximately. Its capital amounts to JOD 14.96 million, distributed on 14.96 million shares at JOD 1 par value each.
