Amman-Mubasher: Midpharma shareholders agreed to offset the accumulated losses through reserves worth JOD 2.05 million, according to a filing to Amman Stock Exchange.

The Amman-listed firm reported losses of around JOD 2.31 million in 2014 compared to JOD 441,000 in 2013, surging 424%.

The company’s accumulated losses rose to QAR 7.48 million, representing 75% of the paid and issued capital.
